Who We Are

Delzer Home Inspections LLC is owned and operated by Rayce Delzer out of Fort Collins, Colorado. When you hit the “Call Now” button you will get the AHIT and InterNACHI certified home inspector Rayce Delzer directly. He believes that a home inspection should be thorough, accurate, and educational. Delzer Home Inspections uses the ASHI standards of practice as a starting point. Rayce believes that everything in the home should be inspected, tested, and operated to show his clients the exact state of the home. The home inspection process uses a 400 point inspection to ensure nothing goes unnoticed. This allows his customers to be educated and ready to make some of the biggest decisions of their lives.
